Accenture has formed a strategic collaboration with HUMAIN, a Public Investment Fund company, to help Saudi government entities and enterprises move artificial intelligence from pilot projects into production. Under the agreement, Accenture will serve as HUMAIN’s strategic reinvention and AI partner in Saudi Arabia, supporting efforts to scale AI capabilities across the Kingdom.

The collaboration combines HUMAIN’s locally operated AI stack, including data centers, high-performance infrastructure, cloud platforms, AI models, and applied AI solutions, with Accenture’s engineering, consulting, and industry expertise. The companies said the work will focus on embedding AI into core operations securely, responsibly, and in line with local regulatory requirements.

The partnership will center on five areas: AI-enabled process reinvention, enterprise AI architecture, workforce transformation, ecosystem activation, and digital trust. Together, the companies plan to support organizations across the full AI lifecycle, including data and model governance, enterprise integration, workforce adoption, and ongoing operations.

Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN, said “leadership in AI will be defined by the ability to operationalize the full stack, from infrastructure and compute to models and applications.” Omar Boulos, CEO of Accenture Middle East and Africa, said the partnership will help clients “move from pilots to enterprise-wide transformation, delivering real and sustained value.”
