group, and establish a joint Center of Excellence. The professional services firm will also train and certify 30,000 of its U.S. professionals on Anthropic's systems. The alliance centers on scaling agentic technology builds, AI-native dealmaking, and operational enterprise function reinvention across regulated industries.

The expansion follows live production deployments where clients reported delivery improvements of up to 70%. Active integrations include compressing insurance underwriting cycles from ten weeks to ten days, accelerating cybersecurity incident response from hours to minutes, and modernizing a massive COBOL mainframe codebase. Each firm previously deployed the technology internally, with PwC acting as a test client for journal entry and annual planning while optimizing international payroll for Anthropic's financial officers. Future full-scale implementations are already underway across major organizations, including Advocate Health, which plans to deploy the infrastructure across its 167,000-person workforce.

The corporate strategy shifts focus from exploratory software testing to large-scale production execution across finance, healthcare, life sciences, and private equity. "The conversation around AI has shifted from possibility to execution," stated Paul Griggs, U.S. Senior Partner and CEO at PwC. Anthropic Co-Founder and CEO Dario Amodei noted that the alliance expands access "into the parts of the economy where accuracy and reliability are non-negotiable." To sustain the workload, PwC will expand enterprise-wide Claude access globally through its internal ChatPwC assistant, utilizing Anthropic's Model Context Protocol to tie data directly into core productivity spreadsheets and presentation tools.
