For the Space Force, the effort reflects a broader push to evaluate how space-based systems could support U.S. defenses against evolving missile threats.
Booz Allen said its work will draw on the firm’s command and control, missile defense, software, and artificial intelligence capabilities. “Booz Allen’s decades of command and control and missile defense experience paired with our advanced software and AI solutions deliver a modern approach to the SBI mission,” said Katie Carr, an engineering director in Booz Allen’s national security business.
Booz Allen Executive Vice President Angela Wallace said the company has invested in space-based missile defense over the past decade and will continue working with federal defense partners on homeland defense capabilities.
