Biography

Bhushan Sethi is a Partner at PwC US Consulting with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of strategy, workforce, and AI-led transformation. He has developed AI strategy, operating models, roadmaps, and business cases, launched enterprise AI upskilling programs, and defined functional AI transformation programs that reimagine how work gets done and deliver on business outcomes. He is currently advising leading organizations on human-Agentic AI workforce strategy and planning across front office and enabling functions.

He serves as Lead Client Partner for a Fortune 200 financial institution and has previously built and led multiple practices, including Global People and Organization co-lead for six years, overseeing at its peak a $2BN+ practice with over 10,000 practitioners, US Financial Services People and Organization lead for ten years, and Global Workforce Strategy lead for eight years.

A sought-after global expert on the future of work and AI, he has delivered keynotes and participated in panels at the United Nations, World Economic Forum, IIT Chennai, AI India Summit 2026, and major industry conferences worldwide. He co-authored “AI Works for Governments” with Google, examining AI’s economic potential in emerging markets, and a G20 Policy Brief on Gender Inequity and AI, and publishes and speaks extensively on AI, workforce transformation, and human-AI collaboration. His insights have been featured in WSJ, FT, Bloomberg, and CNBC. He has been recognized as a LinkedIn Consulting Top Voice and was ranked #81 on the 2023 Power List of top 200 Leadership Voices.

Named among the “Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business” in 2025, Bhushan teaches Strategy Consulting at NYU Stern, holds AI leadership certificates from Wharton Executive Education (2026) and Stanford Graduate School of Business (2023), and is an avid marathon runner, proud husband, father, and global citizen.
