Biography
Francois Gaumond is a Partner at Deloitte Digital and the National Leader for Deloitte Canada’s Marketing Practice, where he is responsible for shaping the future of marketing for Deloitte Digital. He also leads the CMO Program, building a national community of marketing leaders and supporting CMOs as they navigate growth, transformation, and execution at scale.
Francois drives the evolution of modern marketing capabilities across strategy, operating models, technology, and data — including the development of agentic marketing as a core part of the future marketing agenda. He works primarily with CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Data Officers, and their teams to turn ambition into execution.
Recognised as a thought leader in customer data management, loyalty, hyper‑personalisation, martech strategy, and data monetisation, Francois works with leading organisations across North America, with deep experience in Financial Services and consumer industries. His focus is on building scalable marketing operating systems that enable personalised, high‑quality customer experiences, increase customer satisfaction, and drive sustainable growth and revenue.
