Gwellyn Daandels is the Global Head of AI Solutions and Platform at Virtusa, where he leads the strategic development and deployment of AI-driven platforms that empower organizations to orchestrate and manage AI agents at scale. With a career spanning over two decades, Gwellyn is recognized for his ability to translate complex technology, including Generative AI, data warehousing, and information architecture, into tangible business growth.

Prior to his current role, Gwellyn spent over a decade at Cognizant, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Global Solution Architecture Lead for the Benelux and Nordics regions. His extensive industry experience encompasses software, management consulting, insurance, and luxury goods, giving him a unique perspective on how to adapt technological innovation to varying corporate cultures and requirements.
