Biography

Karthik Ragunathan is currently the AI Head for India at Tredence, applying his growth mindset and first-principles thinking to drive innovative AI solutions across industries. Previously, he led the AI/ML practice at Tiger Analytics, scaling AI talent to 1000+. As a practitioner, he delivered several AI programs for Fortune clients in solution areas such as GenAI, pricing, forecasting, customer analytics,  risk across Retail, CPG, Insurance, and Banking domains. Prior to that, as Lead Researcher at Siemens Corporate Research, he developed innovative machine learning, and predictive maintenance solutions —earning multiple patents and IEEE publication. He has global exposure working US, India, and Germany.  A 40 Under 40 Data Scientists awardee, Karthik embodies the journey from AI learner to practitioner to leader.
