As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at OneDigital, Nate Pratt has been a driving force behind one of the most remarkable growth stories in financial services. Since joining the M&A team, he has helped fuel the firm’s expansion across both the retirement and wealth advisory markets — identifying, evaluating, and integrating strategic partnerships that have transformed OneDigital into a premier investment advisory platform. Since 2020, the firm has grown to over $170 billion in combined assets across its retirement and wealth practices.

That growth didn’t happen by accident. Nate’s disciplined, relationship-first approach to corporate development is grounded in deep industry experience — including his tenure as Vice President at Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA), one of the world’s leading investment managers, and as Senior Consultant to pension funds, endowments, and ultra-high-net-worth families at Strategic Investment Solutions (SIS). That foundation has allowed him to help OneDigital move with both precision and speed in a competitive deal environment. Today, the firm counts more than 675 financial services professionals serving over 7,000 retirement plans and 13,000 households nationwide.

Outside the office, Nate is a devoted husband and father — and can occasionally be found working on his golf game. He is a CFA Charterholder and an active member of the CFA Society of North Carolina.
