Palash Misra is a Partner at Grant Thornton Stax, where he works across the firm’s global M&A and corporate strategy efforts. With more than 20 years of experience, he advises a wide range of clients, including large LBOs, mid-market private equity firms, growth-focused investors, and public market investors.

Palash’s work spans sectors including vertical software, digital marketing and advertising, online marketplaces, and energy software. He has supported companies as they scale and adapt in evolving markets.
