Tausif Khiani leads Capgemini’s Americas Domains Practice, a senior team of industry and domain experts driving business and technology transformation, with Travel & Hospitality as his deepest area of focus. Over 18 years, he has partnered with some of the world’s most iconic travel and hospitality brands to modernize technology estates, elevate guest and employee experiences, and deliver measurable results, including double-digit cost takeout and multi-year transformation programs that clients trust him to see through end to end.

Known for building durable C-suite relationships and standing up the engineering and product teams that make transformation real, Tausif spends much of his time helping travel and hospitality leaders design operating models for an AI-native enterprise, cutting through the noise on ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI to focus on what actually improves performance for guests, employees, and the bottom line. He remains a consistent voice on the future of guest experience and sustainable growth in travel.
