Biography
Vadim Belski is Head of AI and Principal Architect at ScienceSoft, a US software development and IT consulting company. With more than 19 years of experience in IT, he leads ScienceSoft’s AI strategy and helps organizations design secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions, particularly in healthcare and financial services.
Belski joined ScienceSoft in 2007 and advanced through roles in software engineering, solution architecture, delivery management, and practice leadership before taking on his current executive position. Prior to becoming Head of AI, he led ScienceSoft’s web development practice, where he tripled the team’s scale, broadened its technology capabilities, and strengthened Agile, DevOps, and quality management practices.
In 2025, Belski became Principal Architect, leading the design of enterprise architectures focused on scalability, security, adaptability, and compliance. Later that year, he was appointed Head of AI, where he now oversees the company’s AI direction with a particular focus on responsible adoption in regulated environments.
Belski’s credentials include TOGAF EA, CAHIMS, AWS Solutions Architect, and AI engineering certifications from AWS and Microsoft. His recent work includes a HIPAA-compliant Healthcare AI Voice Scheduler that became a semi-finalist in the Amazon Nova Partner Demo Competition.
