CohnReznick has announced the appointment of Cindy Sutton as Partner and Chief People and Culture Officer. Sutton joins the advisory and professional services firm after working as a managing director of human resources at a global professional services firm. She will manage human resources operations from Charlotte, North Carolina.
Securing a veteran with more than 25 years of leadership experience allows the firm to focus directly on employee retention and workforce planning. Sutton has previously designed talent programs for organizations with up to 55,000 employees. Her past responsibilities include managing post-merger integrations and large-scale organizational transformations.
Aligning internal staffing capabilities with commercial objectives remains a central priority for the executive team. Chief Executive Officer David Kessler stated that her ability to link talent strategy with business priorities will be essential to deliver exceptional service to clients. Sutton will work alongside the existing leadership group to change how the company handles performance management.
Growing the firm requires a direct investment in workforce development and organizational efficiency. Sutton holds a bachelor's degree in history from Wake Forest University.
