Global consultancy firm Guidehouse has made public the addition of four senior leaders to its Health segment to support its leading consultancy services, which are used by life sciences companies around the world. The firm added new partner Aaron Krause, along with three new directors: Edward Manterfield, Michael Szot, and John Wang.
Krause brings nearly 17 years of industry and consulting experience to his new role as partner, with deep expertise in assisting life sciences companies in strategy and operations issues in addition to the planning and execution of product launches. Before joining Guidehouse, Krause led the U.S. Launch and Brand & Commercial Strategy service line at an IT company and also functioned as the U.S. consulting lead for its launch readiness offering.
Manterfield comes to Guidehouse with a demonstrated history of supporting therapeutics product launches over his decade of experience in consulting roles across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He was previously principal at a large consulting firm, where he led the development of its product launch offering.
Wang brings nearly ten years of extensive experience in developing pricing, market access, and go-to-market strategies for a wide variety of biopharmaceutical companies. Wang previously served as a director to a global consulting firm, where he advised major biopharma companies on global commercial pricing and market access strategies.
Szot arrives with over three decades of experience in developing and managing strategic global relationships across the life sciences industry. He previously served as vice president of Life Sciences Business Development at a health intelligence company and senior director for Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Account Relationships with a large consulting firm.
