The newly available Context Studio builds data-grounded AI agents designed to protect digital sovereignty across varied computing environments, while the upcoming Process Studio utilizes software agents to extract operational logic from standard operating procedures. During a recent client engagement utilizing these underlying technical assets, IBM analyzed 1,400 manual procedures to alter workflow designs, projecting a 25% reduction in operating costs over an 18-month timeline.
Client implementations highlight immediate operational metrics for professional services leaders managing large-scale workforce transformations. Providence, a major US health system, integrated a watsonx Orchestrate HR agent with its existing corporate platform, reducing the time managers spend on hiring steps by 90% and cutting internal employee transfer costs by 60%. Concurrently, education company Pearson is collaborating with IBM to develop an agent verification solution to continuously assess and certify the skills of corporate AI assistants.
