MOREgroup to Acquire E4H Environments for Health Architecture

Godspeed Capital Management LP announced the successful acquisition of E4H Environments for Health Architecture, a provider of planning, consulting, and facility design architecture services for the healthcare and health science and technology industries.

Since its founding in 1982, E4H has grown to become the largest healthcare architectural firm in the U.S., boasting more than four decades of experience in the design of state-of-the-art life sciences and healthcare facilities across the nation. The firm’s footprint encompasses nine offices across eight states and its portfolio includes more than 9,000 successfully completed projects across forty-five states.

After the transaction is completed, E4H will join MOREgroup, Godspeed Capital’s re-branded platform of engineering, architecture, and design brands formed through the combination of Rachlin Partners, E4H, Image Engineering Group, TSK Architects, and Huckabee Architects, resulting in a network of 700 employees in 21 offices across the U.S. Each member of the MOREgroup brand family will retain the focus that made it successful, while contributing its own unique combination of knowledge and experience to a network of offerings that will be shared across markets.

Post-acquisition, Christopher M. Huckabee will serve as MOREgroup’s Chief Executive Officer and will also serve on its board of directors. The group will leverage its expertise across engineering, design, architectural, and consulting services to serve the government, healthcare, education, and life sciences markets, providing planning and design services and solutions while it continues to build on its successful mission to create environments that inspire and enhance the well-being of their occupants.

Douglas T. Lake Jr., Founder and Managing Partner of Godspeed Capital, said, “Godspeed Capital is proud to have assembled this capable leadership team by establishing MOREgroup as the platform brand for our host of exceptional architecture, design, and engineering firms. The combined resources and interdisciplinary architectural expertise this platform will deliver to customers across the education, government, healthcare, and life sciences sectors is unparalleled nationwide. Through continued organic expansion, investment in our people and technology, and future add-on acquisitions, we look forward to continuing to build MOREgroup into the nationally recognized architecture, engineering, consulting, and design services and solutions platform of choice for project developers across the country.”
