Her career spans M&A at Lazard, the founding of PriceMinister, which was sold to Rakuten for $250 million, and Shopcade, which was later acquired by Lagardère, along with board roles at Coca-Cola EuroPacific Partners, Sonepar, and Lightspeed Commerce.
