Paula McGlarry succeeded Badman as Global Chief Operating Officer while retaining her responsibilities as Chief of Staff. Formerly the firm’s general counsel, McGlarry will oversee the transformation of the internal operating model with a mandate to embed AI into back-office support functions and cross-functional workflows. In a parallel move, Mariya Rosberg was named Head of Strategy and Growth, a new position aimed at aligning long-term investment with AI-enabled services. Rosberg, a 30-year veteran of the banking and consulting sectors, previously led the firm's Banking and Financial Services practice in the Americas.
The leadership restructuring reports directly to Ted Moynihan, who recently took over as President and CEO of Oliver Wyman and Marsh Management Consulting. Moynihan stated that the appointments reflect a coordinated effort to "reimagine how Oliver Wyman operates, pairing our industry knowledge with advanced AI capabilities to deliver greater value to clients.”
