Goldberg’s focus is leading transformation initiatives around event-driven transactions (commercial launch, IPO/SPAC, merger & acquisition integrations, separations/carve-out); target operating model design and execution; business process design, automation, and implementation; enterprise application architecture design and implementation; organizational design and execution; software evaluation and implementation; and complex program and project management. He works with clients through their entire business growth journey to help them stay focused on their scientific innovations and clinical research while working toward meaningful business growth. Joe received his Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and currently resides in Boston, MA.
