Anuj Kumar, Senior Vice President and Business Head of Wipro’s Health business, is also noted for directing strategy, growth, and operations across payers, providers, life sciences, and medical devices, helping organizations adopt AI, automation, and digital innovation to reshape business models and improve results. And Abhijit Sarkar, Vice President and Regional Head of Healthcare at Infosys, is known for steering initiatives that link healthcare needs with technology solutions, developing scalable frameworks, and driving client partnerships that expand access and long-term growth in the sector.

4. Sander Visser

Sander Visser is the Managing Partner for Strategy& in the Netherlands and leads the Strategy& and Consulting healthcare practices. He specializes in payor–provider collaboration and hospital transformation, having guided numerous clients through large-scale transformation programs.

His work has focused on improving healthcare quality while reducing unnecessary demand to safeguard access—particularly critical in current times of pressing staff shortages. He co-developed an approach to eliminate overuse in healthcare that has consistently delivered results: lowering healthcare volumes by up to 15% while simultaneously improving quality and access. Since 2022, he has spearheaded innovative regional accountable care coalitions, successfully reshaping regional health systems to maintain both quality and accessibility in the face of staff shortages.

Visser joined Strategy& in 2011 and brings 25 years of strategy consulting experience. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Amsterdam.

5. Drew Ungerman

A leader in Huron’s healthcare business, he is primarily focused on helping complex, multifacility providers transform their operations. He serves as a leader for Huron’s revenue cycle and performance improvement team, working with healthcare organizations across the industry to implement innovative solutions that improve cash flow and long-term financial performance. 

Throughout his career, he has led a comprehensive revenue cycle solution implementation across a five-hospital system, which resulted in a first-year cash flow improvement of approximately $18 million and a projected five-year cash flow improvement of more than $66 million. He also led the development of Huron’s scaled revenue cycle solution offering for the community hospital space, outlining the overall business model and overseeing initial implementations of the new solution across three different clients. 

In addition, he assisted one of the largest healthcare providers in the mid-South in implementing a new revenue cycle solution, which reduced billing work in progress by approximately $79 million and yielded a recurring income statement improvement of $24.3 million. Prior to joining Huron, Andrew was with Stockamp & Associates, which was acquired by Huron in 2008.

10. Slavena Bardarova

She holds an MBA from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Loyola University Chicago.

15. Alexandra Mangeard

Alexandra Mangeard is the Managing Partner for Brazil at Artefact, a global consulting firm specializing in data and artificial intelligence. She leads the firm’s operations and client engagements in one of Artefact’s most strategic markets, which accounts for the majority of its Latin American performance.

Mangeard has been with Artefact for eight years and helped establish the company’s first office in Brazil in 2018. With more than 15 years of experience, Mangeard combines expertise in strategy, data, and marketing to create solutions that integrate technology with business impact. Earlier in her career, she worked as a strategy consultant at Accenture. Mangeard holds a master’s degree in international management from ESCP Business School in France.

16. Peter Göbel

He holds a degree in management and leadership from the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences and pursued environmental and civil engineering at University College London (UCL) as well as computational structural engineering at the University of Transport and Communications (UTC) in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

17. Anuj Kumar

18. Tim Lawless
