Further, Jagan has helped diversify into new business lines and optimize sales strategies to drive top-line growth.
Jagan is widely recognized for his thought leadership in the industry. He has authored several white papers and is a frequent speaker at healthcare forums. Some of his key publications have advanced both consulting methodologies and payer strategies. His work on business-led digital transformation has helped clients successfully deliver digital transformation programs. He leads Cognizant's key research on the Voice of the Member, which helps payers rethink their member engagement strategies. In 2025, the survey encompassed seven key satisfaction indicators spanning the entire member lifecycle.
Most recently, Jagan has been exploring the transformative potential of AI in healthcare. His latest publication, "How AI will revamp the healthcare customer journey," is available on Cognizant’s website.

3. Andy West

5. Sohin Chinoy

Before that, he served as senior vice president of strategy and transformation at CBRE, where he led critical efforts across the company’s corporate strategy, digital transformation, and data science functions.
Sohin holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan. He began his career in the semiconductors industry.

6. David Vidal

Based in Paris, David leads Simon-Kucher’s Southern Europe and France operations. David has spent the last 21 years helping clients activate profitable growth through commercial transformations and monetization strategies. He has supported clients across a variety of sectors, primarily in the Retail and Tech sectors, and advises private equity investors throughout the deal cycle.
Since joining Simon-Kucher in 2004, David has played a pivotal role in the firm’s international expansion. He started in Paris and was then part of the founding team of the New York office, before returning to Europe. He has held a number of corporate leadership functions, including a three-year mandate on the Board before joining the firm’s global Executive Committee in 2022.
David studied Business Administration at ESCP-EAP in Paris and at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a focus on strategic marketing. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, he regularly authors articles and studies.
Since 2020, as Managing Director of Simon-Kucher’s Paris office, David has fostered a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and excellence. 7. Florent Nanse

12. Carl Evander

He also co-leads the B2B Practice in the U.S. and serves as an elected member of OC&C’s Global Board. Earlier in his career, Carl was a vice president at Renovo Capital and a principal at Bain & Company, working in London, Johannesburg, Singapore, and New York. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Cambridge.

13. Will Barden
