Ozgur Adigozel is a leader of the Healthcare and Strategy practices at The Boston Consulting Group. He serves leading payers, providers, IDNs, and healthcare services companies on all top-management agenda issues. His primary areas of focus include strategy, growth, business building, personalization, care management, and digital and performance transformations.

Adigozel is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of leadership experience. He has deep expertise on the future of healthcare, particularly around the metaverse, personalized experience, digital, advanced analytics, and next-generation care management; proliferation of healthcare delivery, including virtual and home care; and the emergence of new treatments.

Prior to joining BCG, he was vice president of marketing and product development at Elevance Health (Anthem). Before Elevance, Adigozel worked at McKinsey and in different management positions at Procter & Gamble.

Adigozel earned a Master of Business Administration with high distinction from the University of Michigan business school and received a BS with high distinction in industrial engineering from the Istanbul Technical University. He is a former member of the Turkish Physics Olympics team. Adigozel lives in Chicago with his wife and two children and enjoys reading philosophy, traveling, and sports, and he is a struggling Michigan football fan.

 

2. Stéphane Bazoche

Stéphane Bazoche is a Partner at Monitor Deloitte, the multinational strategy consulting practice of Deloitte, formerly The Monitor Group. Monitor Deloitte’s strategy practitioners combine deep industry insights with cutting-edge methods to help leaders resolve their most critical decisions, drive value, and achieve transformational success.

In his role as Partner, Bazoche is a life sciences expert focused on biopharma and medtech products, global launches, commercial marketing, market access, and pricing strategies development. He is also Head of the Monitor Deloitte French office and leads Deloitte Strategy, Analytics, and M&A activities in Continental Europe. Since he joined Monitor in 2010, he has developed specific expertise in value optimization of life sciences products, driving the strategic and design choices for superior value recognition and access conditions from indication selection, to clinical trial design, to market access and pricing strategy. In addition, he drives Deloitte Consulting France ESG activities development and supports leading pharma clients in enhancing their social impact with a focus on patient access to medicines.

 

3. Dr. Ulrica Sehlstedt

Dr. Ulrica Sehlstedt is a Managing Partner in Arthur D. Little’s Stockholm office and Global Practice Leader for Healthcare and Life Sciences. Since joining ADL in 2007, Sehlstedt has worked extensively for clients across the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem, helping them to succeed in a changing business environment driven by scientific advancements, disruptive technologies, and industry convergence. Her experience includes growth strategy development, opportunity assessment, R&D effectiveness, operational and commercial due diligence, change management, and program management.

Before joining ADL, Sehlstedt was the CEO of a molecular diagnostics start-up. She has also been a member of the Swedish Research Council’s Scientific Council for Medicine for six years and served as a member of the 2007 and 2016 national expert panels in Life Science Technologies for Future Research Leaders, a program launched by the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research. Sehlstedt holds an MSc in chemical engineering from the Chalmers University of Technology and a Ph.D. in biophysics from Stockholm University.

 

4. Gonzalo Grillo

Gonzalo Grillo is a Partner and Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal and Head of the Healthcare Industry Group in Brazil and Latin America. Grillo’s notable engagements in the complete healthcare ecosystem include working with Hospital Einstein, CVS, Quest Diagnostics, and Diaverum to mention a few. Furthermore, he has advised professional shareholders such as BTG Pactual, EIG, TPG Capital, Patria, Harvard Endowment fund, Icahn Enterprises, and Soros.

Grillo earned a degree in business administration from ORT Uruguay University and a Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird University. He was awarded the Johnson & Johnson Corporate Scholarship, Texaco Scholarship, and AIESEC Scholarship. 5. Jonathan Kfoury

Jonathan Kfoury is a Managing Director and Partner with L.E.K. Consulting, a leading global strategy consultancy. He oversees the firm's U.S. Large Biopharma practice, within a broader focus on healthcare and life sciences, and is active within the firm’s Sustainability Centre of Excellence. Kfoury has been involved in the infectious disease space throughout most of his career and has published and spoken extensively across the industry on the global AMR (antimicrobial resistance) crisis, including key initiatives to move it forward.

Kfoury is passionate about non-profit efforts in healthcare and serves as an Executive Board member for the Bay Area Global Health Alliance. He has also led a broad range of pro bono projects with L.E.K. focused on helping innovative non-profit organizations grow their societal impact (e.g., Life Sciences Cares).

Prior to joining L.E.K., Kfoury held multiple operating roles within biopharma companies, including as manager of global Clinical Development for Cubist’s/Merck’s blockbuster antibiotic Cubicin®. In addition to global management training at INSEAD, Kfoury earned an S.M. in health policy and management from Harvard University and a BS in neuroscience from Trinity College. Outside of work, Kfoury is a jazz aficionado and pianist, and enjoys traveling and getting into the wilderness with his family.

 

6. Brad Michel

Brad Michel is the North American Industry Lead for Life Sciences at Accenture, a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. In addition, he has significant global experience and a broad background in business advisory and management consulting, digital transformation, and outsourcing operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Villanova University.

 

7. Greg Reh

Title: Global Life Sciences and Health Care Industry Leader

Greg Reh is Global Life Sciences and Health Care Industry Leader at Deloitte, overseeing the company’s clients within these industries around the world. Reh is in charge of a team 20,000 strong working out of 90 countries throughout sectors such as medtech, pharmaceuticals, and biotech.

10. Colm Foley

Colm Foley has spent 31 years in the consulting industry, the last 23 with the Boston Consulting Group. As a Managing Director & Senior Partner with BCG, Foley has held senior leadership roles including Global Leader of the Medical Technology Sector and Leader of the Healthcare Practice, North America. His consulting work has focused on enabling leading medical technology and pharmaceutical companies to drive breakout growth, including bringing innovative diagnostics and therapies to market, transforming commercial capabilities, digitizing products and processes, and driving successful high-value mergers and acquisitions.

Foley will join Blackstone Lifesciences this fall. BXLS is a leading alternative investment fund that brings vital, but underfunded healthcare products to market by funding and executing late-stage development. As a Managing Director, Foley will help lead investments in the medical technology sector (devices, diagnostics, and life sciences tools) and in this role continue to partner with leading firms to successfully launch innovative products that improve patient care and outcomes. Foley started his career as a technical architect with Andersen Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Michigan, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago.

 

11. Elizabeth Levy

Elizabeth (Liz) Levy is a Managing Director for AArete, a global management and technology consulting firm headquartered in Chicago. 21. Ernie Brittingham

32. Dr. Subbu Ramanarayanan

Dr. Subbu Ramanarayanan chairs NERA’s Health Care Antitrust practice and is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Competitive Strategy at UCLA Anderson School of management. Recently, Dr. Ramanarayanan testified on behalf of the merging parties in the FTC’s challenge of the merger between Albert Einstein Health Network and Thomas Jefferson University, which was the first time the FTC lost a hospital merger challenge in nearly two decades. He was also the lead economist retained by counsel for the merging parties in the formation of Beth Israel Lahey Health, a complex multi-billion dollar transaction involving five merging hospital systems that was ultimately cleared by the Federal Trade Commission after an in-depth investigation.

Dr. Ramanarayanan also has an active practice focused on litigation around liability and damages issues in health care antitrust and has analyzed issues pertaining to market definition and market power, alleged monopolization, monopsony, exclusive contracting, price-fixing, tying, bundling, and alleged foreclosure in various healthcare markets.
