ZS has expanded its ZAIDYN life sciences intelligence platform with two new agentic AI application suites designed for medical and commercial workflows. The new products, ZAIDYN Medical and ZAIDYN Content, combine data, analytics, and AI agents to help life sciences organizations manage medical intelligence, compliant content development, and medical, legal, and regulatory review.
ZAIDYN Medical helps medical affairs teams identify and engage key opinion leaders, assess care gaps, measure patient outcomes, and generate scientific and stakeholder insights. ZS said the suite can help teams generate end-to-end insights 50% to 70% faster. ZAIDYN Content is designed to support the life sciences content supply chain, including content generation, personalization, reuse, localization, and MLR review.
The company said ZAIDYN Content has already been deployed at enterprise scale, expediting more than 100,000 assets across brands, markets, and languages while reducing cycle time for personalized and derivative content by more than 67%. The suite embeds compliance, brand, and medical intelligence into review workflows to improve submission readiness and support compliant reuse without increasing risk.
Sunil Dixit, Chief Product Officer at ZS, said the new product lines address pressure on life sciences organizations to do more with fewer resources. “Agents grounded in domain and armed with rich ontologies can support and streamline medical, legal and regulatory (MLR) review workflows and deliver insights to medical affairs teams to help accelerate the speed of their work,” Dixit said.
Murali Gopal, MD, Senior Vice President and Head of Medical Affairs at Ardelyx, said tools that help teams “prepare for scientific engagement more effectively can support more focused conversations and greater continuity across interactions.”
