Booz Allen Hamilton has partnered with OpenAI to speed the deployment of AI across U.S. defense, intelligence, critical infrastructure, and commercial operations. The companies plan to create a direct feedback loop between OpenAI’s model developers and Booz Allen engineers working in high-security environments.
Under the agreement, Booz Allen teams will gain access to OpenAI’s technical roadmap insights, training resources, and enablement programs. Booz Allen will also share feedback from real-world deployments to help shape tools for agencies and enterprises that require stronger security, reliability, and operational controls.
The partnership builds on existing work between the companies, including AI training programs, digital credentials, and Technical Experience Groups that connect Booz Allen specialists with emerging customer needs.

OpenAI Vice President for Government Joe Larson said the collaboration is intended to bring secure AI into frontline national security work. The companies have not identified specific agencies, systems, or deployment timelines tied to the agreement.
