PwC has signed an exclusive deal with ToltIQ that gives the firm sole professional services advisory rights to the private markets AI platform across the Big Four and other global advisory firms. The agreement formalizes a relationship that is already operating at scale: more than 4,000 PwC practitioners have used ToltIQ across over 5,000 deals and processed more than 2 million documents.
PwC will use the platform internally and help corporate acquirers, general partners, limited partners, and family offices deploy it in their own deal processes. That work will cover implementation, training, and governance. ToltIQ’s model-agnostic design also allows clients to connect it to existing AI infrastructure without replacing their current systems.
The two companies plan to push the platform beyond due diligence into more of the transaction lifecycle. PwC teams will contribute deal expertise and feedback from live data rooms, while ToltIQ’s engineers build new features around those workflows.
“The firms that lead the next decade will rethink how deals get done around what AI now makes possible,” said Kevin Desai, Deals Platform Leader at PwC US.
