Booz Allen Hamilton has announced a series of senior leadership appointments, including Kristine Martin Anderson’s move into the role of President while continuing as Chief Operating Officer. Anderson, a 20-year Booz Allen veteran,
Troy Lahr has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Anderson, who had served as acting CFO since February 2026. Lahr most recently served as CFO of Sierra Space and previously held the same role at Boeing’s $27 billion Defense, Space & Security business. At Booz Allen, he will oversee fiscal performance, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, and related financial operations.
The firm also announced additional executive changes tied to its federal and commercial technology strategy. Shannon Fitzgerald, previously Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, has been promoted to President of the Civil Sector. Richard Crowe, formerly President of the Civil Sector, has been appointed Chief Growth Officer. Booz Allen said the appointments are intended to support its position as an advanced technology provider for U.S. federal and global commercial markets.
