CACI International has achieved Awardable status within the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace, a procurement platform managed by the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office. With the designation, Department of War, Intelligence Community, and federal civilian agencies can more easily acquire CACI’s artificial intelligence, data, and analytics capabilities. Tradewinds serves as a central hub for accelerating the adoption of machine learning tools across national security agencies.

The approval specifically covers CACI's Agile AI Solutions Factory, a system built to automate processes and provide real-time data transparency across software development lifecycles. To demonstrate the technology under the new procurement status, the company uploaded a real-world operational video case study to the marketplace platform, which is accessible strictly to registered government personnel. The underlying technology is designed to optimize tactical decision speeds and support multi-agency software infrastructure.

The contract designation validates specialized software delivery frameworks designed to operate at an enterprise scale. Jimmy Norcross, CACI executive vice president of Digital and Enterprise Solutions, stated that the designation validates an "AI-native delivery model that embeds intelligence across the software lifecycle" to assist defense partners. The platform remains hosted on the federal tradewindAI infrastructure to service ongoing national security requirements.
