CohnReznick has appointed Justin Ricketts as Chief Technology Officer, adding a senior technology executive to guide the professional services firm’s next phase of digital growth. Based in Dallas, Ricketts will focus on advancing the firm’s technology strategy, strengthening its digital capabilities, and supporting client-facing solutions across the business.
Ricketts brings more than 30 years of experience building enterprise platforms in complex and highly regulated industries. His background includes digital transformation, artificial intelligence, platform strategy, cybersecurity, software engineering, infrastructure, and product management.
Before joining CohnReznick, Ricketts served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the nation’s largest independent distributor of personal lines insurance. In that role, he led technology functions spanning software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, product management, and AI. He previously served as President of a technology company with a global SaaS platform supporting distribution for more than 40,000 hotel properties worldwide.
