its long-term growth plans. Effective January 1, 2026, Paul Nedzbala will assume the role of Chief Business Officer, leading the newly established Enterprise Business Office.

In this position, he will oversee enterprise operational functions, including real estate and facilities, program support, shared technology services, security, supply chain, subcontracts, and corporate development activities. Nedzbala previously served as Senior Vice President of GDIT’s Federal Civilian division. His new role aims to help the organization deliver more integrated and differentiated technology offerings to government clients.

GDIT also promoted Jylinda Johnson to Senior Vice President of the Federal Civilian division, where she will guide strategy, performance, and growth initiatives across federal civilian, state, and local agency support teams.

Johnson previously led government operations and citizen services programs, including digital modernization efforts for over 20 federal agencies. GDIT President Amy Gilliland stated, “Paul and Jylinda’s leadership, expertise and operational excellence have been instrumental in driving GDIT’s strong performance. I look forward to the energy and perspectives they will bring in their new roles as we continue to strengthen our organization and deliver long-term value to our customers.”
