Big Four firm PwC announced that it has completed its acquisition of HR technology consultancy People Force, making it one of the largest Ceridian implementation partners in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The firm plans to further increase its team of HR technology experts in the region. The details of the transaction were not disclosed.
People Force, which was founded in 2013 by Pritul Khagram in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, England, serves as an independent human resources technology consultancy that specializes in HRIS/People Technology (selection and implementation), HR, payroll, and immigration services. The firm also offers expert planning and implementation services for Dayforce, Ceridian’s cloud human capital management (HCM) platform. People Force’s 50 employees will transfer over to PwC’s people and organization business locations in Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Reading, and Cardiff.

The move comes at a time when more than 5,000 businesses across the world are utilizing Ceridian Dayforce, including Blackfriars Group, SMC Corporation of America, and Allen Edmonds. The cloud-based, comprehensive platform combines HR, payroll, benefits, workforce management, and talent management into a single application.
