Accenture has announced significant changes to its growth model and leadership structure, effective September 1, 2025, to enhance its ability to deliver value through Gen AI. The company will bring its existing Strategy, Consulting, Song, Technology, and Operations services into a new, integrated business unit called Reinvention Services. Manish Sharma, currently CEO of the Americas, will lead this unit as Accenture’s first Chief Services Officer. This unified structure is designed to deliver faster and more comprehensive client solutions by embedding data and AI more deeply into services. The company will continue to operate across three geographic markets, the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, and serve clients by industry.

A series of strategic leadership appointments will bolster the company’s new growth model. John Walsh will become CEO of the Americas, and Kate Hogan will take over as global Chief Operating Officer. New leadership in the integrated services includes Jason Dess as Group Chief Executive, Consulting, Rajendra Prasad as Group Chief Executive, Technology and Chief Technology Officer, and Ndidi Oteh as Head of Song. Muqsit Ashraf and Arundhati Chakraborty will continue leading Strategy and Operations, respectively. Kate Clifford will become the global Chief Leadership and Human Resources Officer. Julie Sweet, Chair and CEO stated, “These changes to our growth model will allow us to deliver that value and continue to scale our business by being an even stronger engine of reinvention that more rapidly delivers the power of Gen AI. We are writing the playbook for how to be the most AI-enabled, client-focused professional services company in the world and a great place to work for our people—our reinventors.”
