aimed at advancing non-animal research approaches. Backed by more than two decades of curated scientific and operational data and deep therapeutic expertise, the assets have supported the advancement of over 100 molecules into clinical trials, with several achieving regulatory approval. 

The acquisition enhances IQVIA Laboratories’ ability to deliver an integrated discovery platform spanning target identification through early safety assessment. The expanded capabilities will support a wider array of modalities and therapeutic areas, including oncology, neurology, immunology, metabolism, and rare diseases. “This acquisition will meaningfully strengthen our ability to support clients earlier in the R&D lifecycle and complements our existing translational and clinical development capabilities,” said David Morris, President of IQVIA Laboratories. He added, “Integrating these assets with our existing capabilities creates an industry-leading drug discovery platform with a track record of advancing discovery programs into clinical development.”
