Vila brings more than two decades of experience in employee benefits and intermediary services, most recently serving in senior leadership roles at Zurich, where he managed large multinational portfolios and worked closely with global clients and partners.
Hervé Balzano, President of Health and Benefits at Mercer, highlighted Vila’s experience, stating, “Arnau brings deep sector expertise, strong international leadership experience, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams.” Vila succeeds John Deegan, who is set to retire after contributing significantly to the development of the firm’s health and benefits operations.
