The new leadership team brings over 50 years of collective experience in deploying advanced decision-support tools, digital twins, and cloud-based analytics platforms. Kerrie Young, who spent nearly two decades at a Big Four firm, will focus on large-scale procurement optimization and workforce analytics to bridge the gap between data insights and clinical execution. Nathan Schlesinger, Head of Health and Human Services at FTI Consulting in Australia, noted that the move reinforces the firm's ability to help clients move beyond theory, stating, "Their combined extensive expertise in system modelling, machine learning and digital transformation allows us to help clients move beyond insight to execution."
