Chartis has expanded its partnership with the appointment of Neal Cotton and Rajan Patel to lead technology and financial transformation initiatives for healthcare

Cotton joins Chartis as a Digital & Technology Transformation Senior Partner, bringing 17 years of experience in healthcare information technology, including large-scale electronic health record and application implementations. Previously, he served as a Managing Director at Huron Consulting Group and led revenue cycle initiatives at Advent Health.
Patel joins as a Financial Transformation Senior Partner with 25 years of consulting experience focused on performance improvement, organizational restructuring, and strategic and financial planning across major health systems. He most recently served as a Managing Director in EY’s Health Care practice, with prior leadership roles at Huron Consulting Group, Wellspring Partners, and FTI Healthcare. Chartis said the appointments reinforce its focus on helping healthcare organizations execute sustainable transformation across operations, finance, and technology.
