Guidehouse, an AI-led professional services firm, has strengthened its Health segment by appointing Mark Bethke and Amit Mehta as partners in its expanding Payer-Provider practice.

Bethke will focus on supporting health systems, physician organizations, payers, and government agencies with population health management, integrated care models, financial strategy, and value-based care programs. With over 25 years of leadership experience, he has built and led practices spanning actuarial and value-based care operations. Mehta, with more than 15 years advising payers, will lead efforts to scale the firm’s Payer business, drawing on his expertise in Medicare-related initiatives, market expansion, and technology-driven performance improvement.
