impact and help evidence-based solutions scale nationally and internationally. The partnership comes as Australia’s digital and connected health sector has expanded at more than 50% annually since 2019, positioning it to deliver significant economic and healthcare benefits.

An independent economic review conducted by L.E.K. in 2024 found ANDHealth’s flagship ANDHealth+ accelerator outperformed comparable programs across technology and health. The analysis showed that for every $1 invested, portfolio companies raised $19.70 in capital and generated $4.20 in gross economic value, while each $1 million invested supported the creation of 56 jobs, far exceeding international benchmarks.

Stephanie Newey, Managing Partner and Head of L.E.K. Consulting Australia, said, “Australia is home to world-class digital health innovators, but many still face critical hurdles in demonstrating impact and scaling into complex health systems.” ANDHealth Chief Executive Bronwyn Le Grice said the partnership strengthens ANDHealth’s leadership in digital and connected health commercialisation. She said L.E.K. Consulting brings a rigorous, independent view of portfolio companies’ impact. Le Grice added that combining ANDHealth’s sector expertise with L.E.K.’s analytical capabilities will deliver clear, measurable insights into how Australian digital health companies are scaling into globally competitive, evidence-based solutions.
