McKinsey & Company, the renowned global management consulting firm, announced on February 1, 2024, that Bob Sternfels has been re-elected as its global managing partner. Initially elected in 2021 for a possibility of up to two three-year terms, Sternfels, with nearly 30 years of service at McKinsey, is set to continue his stewardship for a second and final term starting in July 2024. Notably, he becomes the 13th partner to lead McKinsey since its establishment in 1926.
