Chartis has appointed Sara Vaezy as its new Chief Product and Technology Officer, adding a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience across healthcare advisory, health system operations, and digital transformation.
During her decade at Providence, she helped shape responsible AI adoption and collaborated, positioning the organization as a key participant in the broader health technology ecosystem. At Chartis, she will work with firm leadership to advance innovation and develop new products across data, analytics, and technology-enabled transformation offerings. In addition to her executive roles, Vaezy serves on the Boards of AARP Services and the National Committee for Quality Assurance and holds academic appointments.
Vaezy highlighted that AI can transform healthcare only when designed end-to-end, connecting data, technology, workflows, and clinical and financial needs, adding that she is excited to apply that approach at a healthcare-focused firm.
