Alistair Kett
PwC UK
Lead Partner, Supply Chain and Operations

Profile

Alistair Kett is the Lead Partner of Supply Chain and Operations at PwC UK and has held various appointments within PwC globally, including a role in the Middle East Leading the Regional Operational Consulting business. He specializes in designing and delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs that deliver tangible and sustained outcomes. Typically, these have a sharp focus on cost, and over more recent years this focus is now combining financial cost with the imperative to decarbonize — and Kett has overseen some of PwC’s groundbreaking client partnerships to help develop straightforward plans to measure, monitor, and reduce their operational and supply chain related emissions. Recently, Kett and his team launched the Inspire Initiative — a scholarship program for young women to pursue careers in operations consulting and beyond. The program works on reducing gender disparity across Operations, changing the way women are recruited, retained, and progressed through their career, and pioneering an innovative and industry-first Women in Operations Network, Community, and Retreat. In early 2022, Kett led the acquisition of Olivehorse, a leading consultancy specializing in supply chain management. The acquisition strengthened PwC’s already outstanding and FT Gold Medal-ranked supply chain capability, delivering even better value to the clients. During his time in the Middle East, Kett joined the Board of The Iraq Britain Business Council to chair the Financial and Professional Services Table, and in 2017 he was appointed as Deputy Chairman. He is now Chairman of The Poppy Factory, a U.K.-based charity that supports veterans with health conditions on their journey into employment.
