Annie Zilius has contributed her considerable skills in healthcare transformation to Chicago-based business consultancy Huron, first as a senior director and then in her current position as Managing Director. Zilius leads Huron Healthcare’s Medical Group, Physician Enterprise, and Access to Care solutions. Bob Serrano is a Managing Partner at Kx Advisors, a growth strategy healthcare consulting firm. With offices in the U.S. and U.K., Kx Advisors excels in building new market strategies for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health. Serrano brings over 20 years of experience to clients ranging from startups to large, multinational companies, specializing in strategic planning, product development, and commercial launch. Colleen Hall is the Managing Principal for Healthcare Services within Crowe LLP. Hall has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry – with 17 of those spent providing consulting services to academic medical centers, community hospitals, health care systems, specialty hospitals, physician practices, clinics and other healthcare organizations. In addition to Hall’s responsibilities for the overall firm’s healthcare practice, she also leads Crowe’s national Revenue Cycle Consulting practice. As the Global Head of Life Sciences at Grant Thornton, David Dominguez has over 25 years of leadership experience, both within the private industry and as a business consultant, serving his clients in realizing business value. Dominguez’s experience spans across various industries with emphasis within the life sciences sector. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Dominguez’s private industry experience included several years as an Electrical Engineer, Computer Programmer, and as an IT leader. Since joining GT in 2007, his leadership experience has expanded within Advisory Services with national and international focus on Strategy and Optimization, Performance Improvement, Program Management, Business Continuity, and other areas. Managing Director of the Healthcare Sector David Krahe brings more than twenty years of leadership experience to his work with Russell Reynolds Associates. Stephane Budel is more than a founding Partner at Decibio; a seasoned entrepreneur and veteran of the life sciences industry, he has worked to develop the new frontier in genomics and gene sequencing, working with dozens of clients in the research tools and clinical diagnostics fields. Roman Salasznyk leads Booz Allen’s life science practice and its support across the Department of Health and Human Services. Based out of our Bethesda, Maryland, office, Salasznyk has more than 20 years of experience in biomedical research, medical product and regulatory lifecycle development, and management and technology consulting. He manages a multidisciplinary team that supports initiatives aimed at expediting medical product approvals and scientific discoveries. Before joining Booz Allen in 2010, Salasznyk managed the clinical and regulatory development of cellular therapies to treat serious medical conditions for inflammatory, orthopedic, and cardiovascular indications at Osiris Therapeutics. His work included leading the company’s biological product development under a multimillion-dollar Department of Defense contract. Salasznyk is a certified project management professional. Kris Vilamaa is a Partner and Chief Growth Officer for Mostly Medicaid. Mostly Medicaid is one of the premier Medicaid consulting and marketing entities in the country, using best-in-class HHS expertise to help state and county government agencies, health plans, and solution providers to navigate a wide variety of challenges. In this role, Vilamaa has led engagements in twenty-three different states with hundreds of clients in his career. At Deloitte UK, Suzanne McDonald is a Consulting Partner with responsibility for the healthcare portfolio at Deloitte in Ireland. As a member of the Consulting team, McDonald focuses on providing health and social care clients with services ranging across strategy, risk and financial management, workforce planning, operational improvement and health technology. McDonald has over 25 years’ experience of working in the health sector – her experience includes social care, private healthcare, healthcare regulation and public health.

Her experience also includes 15 years’ working in pharmaceutical regulation, where she engaged with national and international bodies such as the Department of Health, the European Medicines Agency and the World Health Organisation. As an experienced Board member within a range of sectors including NGO, telecommunications, and higher education, McDonald also supports clients on governance matters. Jerry Mathews is the Head of Healthcare & Lifesciences (HLS) Industry at Atos Americas. Mathews and his leadership team are responsible for a P&L of over $650 million in revenue, servicing North America’s broad healthcare ecosystem of Payers, Providers, Pharma/MedDevices/Distribution & Products. Mathews has also recently led multiple global executive leadership roles in the HLS industry at Atos, most recently as HLS head of global business platform, applications and digital services and HLS global industry head of Consulting, Portfolio & Presales, Marketing & Alliances.
