Finneman additionally serves as the leader for People across nearly 1,000 colleagues that work with clients across Marketing and Sales–fostering their community and development within his company. Finneman’s experience in Marketing and Sales prior to joining McKinsey includes leading audience development for a digital media company, Wetpaint.com, in New York. He also worked across sales, shopper insights, and brand management at E&J Gallo Winery.
