Ozgur Adigozel is a core member of the Health Care; Marketing, Sales & Pricing; and Strategy practices at The Boston Consulting Group. He leads the firm’s work with US payers.
Since joining BCG in 2011, Ozgur’s client work has focused on the health insurance sector. He has acquired deep experience in growth strategy, payer operations, and consumer marketing and product innovation. Prior to joining BCG, he was a vice president of marketing and product development at Anthem.
Adigozel earned a Master of Business Administration with high distinction from the University of Michigan business school and received a BS with high distinction in industrial engineering from the Istanbul Technical University. He is a former member of the Turkish Physics Olympics team. Adigozel lives in Chicago with his wife and two children and enjoys reading philosophy, traveling, and sports, and he is a struggling Michigan football fan.
Paul English has spent the better part of the last 25 years helping global companies innovate and grow at the intersections of digital technology, customer insight, creativity, and business innovation. As Managing Director for Ogilvy Consulting, English leads the UK group across its four mighty practices in Business Transformation, Brand & Marketing Innovation, Behavioural Science and Sustainability. In his dual role as global Business Transformation lead, English helps businesses architect new operating models and plot practical roadmaps to future readiness while driving resilience in the short-term.
Before joining Ogilvy Consulting, English led the Digital Transformation practice for Prophet, where he helped global companies develop ecosystem strategies and developed IP around Digital Transformation, Social Business and Digital Product & Service Innovation. As a small agency owner for five years prior he worked with global airline, luxury, and technology brands on how to use digital technology to strengthen brand relevance and customer value. Prior to that, he served as the founding director of Sapient Europe’s digital marketing practice, transforming Sapient Interactive (now Publicis Sapient) from obscurity into the leading UK and EMEA digital agency. A proud boomeranger, English also spent six years with OgilvyOne and OgilvyInteractive in New York and Paris, where he filled several senior roles, including Executive Director of OgilvyInteractive France. During this time, he ran the Goldman Sachs, Arthur Andersen, and Jaguar accounts.
English is frequently quoted in the business and trade press on Business Transformation. Furthermore, he has authored and contributed to award-winning thought leadership and IP on Marketing Transformation, Resilience in Crisis, and Consumer Equality. He has also served as guest lecturer on Brand as a Service at the London Business School. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College in History and Classical Latin.
Based in Boston, Sean McDevitt is a Partner at Arthur D. Little, where he is responsible for ADL’s business development across the communications industry. His focus is in helping telcom, broadband, and cable companies develop stronger market positions through new growth and development initiatives, advances in their offerings, and improved go-to-market strategies.
McDevitt has 25+ years of expertise in consulting and operating roles globally (USA, UK, France, Italy, and Latin America). At ADL, he has been pivotal in driving ADL’s growth and re-emergence as one of the premier management consulting firms in the USA. McDevitt also leads the firm’s recruiting efforts and has had an instrumental role in building the ADL USA team and company culture.
Prior to joining ADL, McDevitt was a VP at Cartesian, where he led the North American Strategy and Management Consulting businesses. Previously, he held several executive positions in Europe, serving as Président-Directeur Général of Le Numéro France (118218) and COO of 118118//Media in the UK. McDevitt earned his BA in Classics and Business Economics from Brown University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
