As the Senior Vice President and Global Head of the Technology Business at Tech Mahindra, Harshul Asnani is part of the company’s executive leadership team responsible for the growth of the Hitech business globally. Prior to this role, he led the Communications business for the company across North America and LATAM. Before joining Tech Mahindra in 2014, Asnani worked with technology products and consulting majors like Wipro, HCL, Prodapt, Patni (now Capgemini), and Compaq (now HP) in various leadership roles including P&L ownership, strategic alliances, and ecosystem development at a global level. Asnani specializes in business turnaround, building new markets in IT, engineering/R&D, and BPO. He is passionate about mentoring startups, creating high-performance teams, and helping customers with their digital transformation agendas. Jeanette Calandra, 30-year PwC veteran, currently leads the firm’s Global Advisory Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) practice. She is responsible for strategy execution, growth, and innovation across a network of international firm territories. Calandra spent 15 years in Silicon Valley, where she served as the Managing Partner of PwC’s San Jose office. Through her delivery of cross-functional solutions, she has extensive experience leading the firm’s work with global Fortune 500 clients, as well as some of the most fast-paced disrupters and technology start-ups. She provides strategic and hands-on advice at the board and C-suite level, and across functional areas to transform, innovate, and scale their businesses. Calandra combines her passion for technology and the community through serving in non-profit board and leadership roles, including with Project Glimmer, the Liberty Science Center, and previously the Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose. She is a frequent speaker at industry events around the world, moderating panels and speaking at conferences including Cannes Lions, the World Economic Forum in Davos, and the Consumer Electronics Show. Joseph Ring joined the RSM Management Consulting group in 2018 with 25 years of experience in industry and client advisory to assemble the Management Consulting Merger and Acquisitions practice. Senior Managing Director
Lan Guan, Senior Managing Director at Accenture, leads the Global Industry Applied Intelligence Network within Accenture’s Strategy Consulting domain. In this role she is responsible for working with clients to develop and implement data and AI strategies for their organizations. She has spent her last eighteen years at Accenture working with cross-industry Fortune 100 clients in North America and specializes in data integration, data mining, and statistical modeling. Guan is often asked to speak at analytics events on subjects such as managing advanced analytic applications, growing analytic resources, delivering more informed information, and making analytics a part of the corporate operation. She has published a number of industry white papers about the growing impact of analytics on corporate transformation, and in 2013 she co-authored a management handbook: Selling Through Someone Else: How to Use Agile Sales Networks and Partners to Sell More. Paul Ricci is a Partner and National Leader of CohnReznick’s Technology+ group. Over the last 17 years, Ricci has advised some of the largest companies in the U.S. and abroad on business strategy, major business transformation, process optimization, analytics enablement, system’s implementations, integrations, and conversions. Ross has more than 20 years of experience in company management and operations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, specializing in helping clients manage their overall e-discovery and review through predictable pricing models and by simplifying the multiple layers of discovery management.
