Over and above her duties as Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, Amber Grewal also serves as Head of Global Talent for the San Francisco-based human capital and corporate strategy company. She is the individual responsible for delivering transformative results for how clients across industries can modernize their global talent.
Grewal’s history of leadership excellence extends back through her previous pivotal positions at major brands. Before joining Boston Consulting Group in 2020, she served in executive and leadership posts at organizations including Microsoft, IBM, GE, and KPMG. Grewal earned a bachelor’s degree in leadership and organizational studies from Saint Mary’s College of California, and pursued studies in management and strategy from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Cornell University.
