Profile

Working with IBEX-35 companies, she has developed sustainable strategic plans associated with new trends and topics. She has led major projects committed to sustainability and ESG criteria, helping them in the strategic and operational transformation of the new era of business. Together with her team, she has positioned Deloitte at the top of the consulting companies in Sustainability and Climate change. Iglesias is a member of the “Fundación Deloitte,” a non-profit organization that, among other actions, fights against deforestation with initiatives like “El Bosque de Deloitte.” She is also a member of “Fundación SERES,” which tries to build a better social reality. Within the firm, she is the leading woman in promoting diversity and the inclusion of women in society. She was included in the female leadership book in Spain in 2022 and has been part of numerous cross initiatives, publications, and conferences that have given her the knowledge and the know-how. Iglesias is a member of the firm’s committee of innovation, social action, and business and industry. She graduated with a degree in economics and business, holds a master’s in executive development and sustainability from the University of Cambridge, and has multidisciplinary training in leadership. Iglesias began her career on the audit side as a member of the Spanish Official Auditors’ Register in 2009, which allows her and the Deloitte team to provide value to the strategic advice of the main IBEX-35 companies, with the necessary advice on impact measurement and reporting. Iglesias joined Deloitte more than twenty years ago, and she was appointed partner more than ten years ago.
