Courtney Elizabeth Stipe Holm is the Vice President of Sustainable Futures at Capgemini, a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology. The firm is a diverse organization of nearly 350,000 team members in more than 50 countries. Holm, who has 22 years of experience, is a respected global senior executive driven by her passion for helping international organizations to become more sustainable. She is also a noted public speaker who has delivered many speeches at summits and conferences worldwide, including COP 27 and 28, the World Climate Summit, University of Exeter, SAP Sapphire, Nyenrode University. Notably, Holm established Capgemini Invent’s UK sustainability offering. She also co-developed Capgemini’s Champion Network in collaboration with the University of Exeter, with 550 people trained in one year. Holm graduated from University of Wales with an MBA and from Saint Joseph's University with an undergraduate degree in English language and literature.
