Throughout her career, Hagen has worked with agency and industry leaders to expand the company’s agency capabilities from traditional earned media offerings to thriving digital marketing, strategic planning & insights, creative, and research & insights departments. As counsel for C-Suite Level Executives, Hagen is a confidant-in-arms for brand leaders, co-shaping business and marketing operations for brands like Diageo, P&G, Capital One, Mastercard, Allstate, Nestle and more.
Hagen also co-founded a central steering committee on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – where she provides senior counsel and active operational change to the way the organization recruits, manages, and champions individuals – with a single focus to make the organization a welcoming place for all. She is also a founding board member of the Charlotte chapter of WISE – one of the fastest-growing Women in Sports & Events regional chapters.
