Born in India, Khandelwal has held a number of leadership positions in Asia and Europe and has built and led large teams and businesses. He is a recognized thought leader in the industry and has published a number of writings on the IT industry and the global talent supply chain, and he has driven commercial results for his clients by combining strategy, insights, and his in-depth knowledge of the industry. Khandelwal started his career in the products division of Tata Infotech in Mumbai. He was one of the youngest Regional Managers for Tata Infotech and led the set up and growth of business in Switzerland and Germany before moving to London. He holds a Masters in management as well as a degree in electronics engineering.
