Michael Stephan has been Deloitte’s US Human Capital National Managing Partner since 2019. As an active member of the Deloitte Consulting Management Committee and the Global Human Capital Executive Leadership Team, Stephan helps business leaders conceptualize, design, and execute major changes that can lead to a more strategic, business-driven organization. He helps companies develop and integrate operating models across the operations and technology spectrum, with a targeted focus on optimizing the delivery of enterprise services to promote improved performance across the workforce and organization.
Stephan’s global consulting experience, over the last 26 years, traverses the human capital landscape and includes strategy, operating-model design and transition, global technology, global sourcing, and enterprise workforce transformation and change management. He is an active contributor and author of points of views and continues to be an active contributor to some of the most prominent human capital eminence.
