Tracey Walker serves as Chief Culture Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) Officer of RSM US. She designs RSM's national diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, policies, and enterprise-wide strategies across 90 offices in the United States, Canada, and India. She also leads the firms governing C-suite Inclusion and Employee Network Councils, as well as the 12 Employee Network Groups (ENGs) talent program.
Walker began her career as a corporate representative before the Illinois and New York State legislatures on Intellectual Property, Franchise Law, and Education matters. She then served as RSM’s federal financial services sector leader, leading specialized financial advisory teams of experts to address the complex technical needs of federal agency clients in lending, compliance, financial management, reporting, risk, and technology. In total, she has over 20 years of federal and state government solution and legislative affairs experience. Walker is certified in Diversity and Inclusion as an Advanced Practitioner from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) and completed her graduate work with honors at the Harvard Business School in Organizational Behavior.
