Focusing on the industry’s most pressing challenges and opportunities, Riaz advises companies on digital transformation, including customer experience design, analytics, enterprise digitalization and innovation management. He also consults with businesses on sales and marketing transformation, back-office organization, managed services and corporate strategy.
